What is MSDS?

MSDS, short for Material Safety Data Sheet, is a document that contains information about chemicals and their associated hazards, as well as how to use, store, dispose of, and respond to emergencies. It is commonly used to communicate information between producers, suppliers, transporters, and users of chemicals to ensure that appropriate safety measures can be taken during use and transport to reduce or avoid harm to people, property, and the environment.

As an international standard, the Global Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS) is the reference standard for the preparation of MSDS, and a number of transportation standards require lithium battery products (such as lithium jump starters, lithium powersport batteries, and lithium drone batteries, etc.) to provide MSDS documents.

MSDS are often required to be submitted to customers or logistics companies as a necessary part of export documents to pass the transportation regulations of lithium battery products by air, sea, rail and other transportation companies.

JACK POWER's products strictly comply with MSDS regulations in the process of design and production, and all products can successfully passed MSDS.
