Recently, the Jack Power Jump Starter factory welcomed a customer from Colombia for an on-site visit and inspection. The customer personally toured the production line, conducting a comprehensive and detailed examination of the entire process of Jack Power Motorcycle Jump Starter production, from battery assembly to final testing.
During the factory tour, the customer focused on the core production processes of the Motorcycle Jump Starter, including the assembly of lithium battery modules, the installation of the BMS protection board, the internal wiring layout, and the assembly standards of the casing structure.
In the testing area, the customer witnessed the functional and performance testing process for each Motorcycle Jump Starter. The tests covered multiple safety functions, including actual battery capacity testing, starting current output testing (CCA/peak current), short-circuit protection, overcharge and over-discharge protection, and over-temperature protection.


Furthermore, the customer also gained a significant understanding of Jack Power's comprehensive capabilities in OEM/ODM customization. This includes customization of different voltage and capacity options, exterior color and structural design, brand logo customization, functional module configuration (such as USB output, LED lighting, and fast charging interface), and flexible adjustments to packaging solutions. The factory is equipped with 5 battery assembly lines, enabling it to meet both bulk orders and customized needs while ensuring stable quality.
Through this on-site factory visit, the customer not only directly confirmed the professionalism of Jack Power Jump Starter factory in terms of production standards, quality management, and technical execution, but also gained greater confidence in the factory's delivery capabilities and the stability of long-term cooperation. The customer stated that witnessing the actual assembly and testing process was one of the key factors that led them to confidently purchase Motorcycle Jump Starters.
